How do I install the DSTV app?
It's simple!

All apps are available in the “Downloads” section of our website (Android/FireTVstick, Windows, Apple iOS, MAC, etc,). or if you have access to the Google Play Store, you can conveniently get it there as well!

However, we recommend downloading and installing the Filelinked app for easy and convenient access to our Filelinked app center for continued app updates and additions.

Amazon FireTVstick Users:

  • Prepare your Firestick settings by first pressing the “HOME” button on your remote, then navigate to SETTINGS>MY FIRE TV> DEVELOPER OPTIONS and enable Apps from Unknown Sources.
  • Next, install the Firefox Web browser app on your FireTVstick device by finding it in the app store or by holding down the Alexa button (symbol of a microphone) on your remote and saying "open Firefox".
  • Now, install and launch the “Downloader” app on your FireTVstick device (search for it in the app store or hold down the Alexa button on your remote and say, “open downloader”. Once downloaded and installed, launch the "Downloader" app and go to SETTINGS and turn on the ENABLE JAVA SCRIPT option.
  • Then, go back to the "Downloader" Home screen and enter in the following URL address to download and install the Filelinked app: https://get.filelinked.com
  • Once the Filelinked app is downloaded and installed, launch the application and enter the following code to gain access the DSTV app center: 96414061.
  • Lastly, download and install DreamStreamsTV_Pro application which will always be the first application on the list (once the download is complete, just press ENTER a second time to begin installation.
  • Now just launch the DSTV application after installing it and you will immediately be prompted to enter in an account nickname (which can be anything you want) as well as your username/password (case-sensitive) that was emailed to you, and that's it! From then on, the DSTV App will automatically startup and log you in everytime you bootup your device! (This can be changed in the app settings).

Android Device Users: 

  • Launch your web-browser (i.e. chrome, firefox, etc) and go to https://get.filelinked.com to download the filelinked APK.
  • Once the Filelinked app is installed on your device, launch the application and enter the following code to access the Filelinked DSTV app center: 96414061
  • Download and install DreamStreamsTV_Pro application which will always be the first application on the list (once the download is complete, just press ENTER a second time to begin installation.
  • Now just launch the DreamStreamsTV application after installing it and you will immediately be prompted to enter in an account nickname of your choosing (i.e DreamStreams IPTV) as well as your username/password as shown above (case-sensitive). And that's it! From then on, DreamStreamsTv will start automatically and log you in automatically everytime you start your device! (This can be changed in the app settings).

Apple iOS Users (iPhone/iPad/AppleTV):

  • Visit the Apple App Store; search for and download the “Smarters IPTV” app. Once you open the app, choose ” Login using Xtream Codes API”.
  • Now enter in an account nickname of your choosing (i.e. DreamStreams IPTV), and then enter your username and password (case-sensitive) that were emailed to you and then enter in the following Portal URL when prompted: http://89.187.181.233:25461/

macOS Users (Macbook, iMac, etc.):

WebTV Player (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.):

  • You can avoid having to install any applications by using our WebTV (Browser) Player. You can access our WebTV Portal simply by visiting https://dreamstreams.tv/webplayer & entering in your username and password.
How long must I wait for my account to be created?
Free-trial accounts are created automatically and should be accessable immediately after completing your order, however, in the event that your trial credentials are not working, please open a support ticket and request help as this is sometimes an issue. 

Paid subscriptions are not processed immediately and require an admin to review, confirm, and create each paid subscription account manually (this is done to ensure billing/subscription accuracy). Admin reviews usually take 30-60 minutes from the time payment is confirmed and sent, but can take up to 6 hours in some circumstances. Submitting support tickets will only slow the process down, please only submit a support tickets if you have not recieved your service credentials within 6 hours. Please open a support ticket if you have any questions or concerns regarding your account.

Are MAG/Enigma2/STBemu devices supported?
Yup! If you have one of these devices (ignore this if you do not know what this is), just make sure you enter the MAC Address for your device when placing your order. After you recieve your order confirmation, and if you are using STBemu then just enter in your MAC Address into the STBemu settings and enter in the MAG Device Portal Address shown below and that's it! Please e-mail us at admin@dreamstreams.tv if you need further assistance or have further questions!

Then use the following MAG Portal Address to access your DreamStreamsTV Service through a MAG/STBemu device:

To change your device and MAC address, you will need to open a suppport ticket in your client area requesting a MAC Address Change along with your new MAC address(es) in order to get it changed. You can login to your client account here which also allows you the ability to upgrade, modify, extend, or end your subscription.

What devices are compatable with DSTV?
Most devices on the market are compatable with DreamStreamsTV; Android OS, Apple iOS, MAG/Enigma2/Avov/Dreamlink Devices, Smart TV's (using , STBemu, STB (set-top-box), etc.

How many devices can I use with my subscription?
You are allowed 2 simultaneous connections (M3U Accounts Only) per subscription, OR (1) MAG device connection per subscription. This means you are allowed to have two simultaneous M3U device connections (on any device except for MAG/ENIGMA devices) at the same time, it does NOT mean you are limited to using only two particular devices though! We do not lock your IP addresses so you are welcome to switch between devices from anywhere in the world, and as much as you like(unless you are using a MAG/Enigma2/Avov/Dreamlink device then you can only use the devices associated with the MAC address you entered when placing your order).

Again, You are allowed 2 simultaneous connections (M3U) per subscription OR (1) MAG device connection, so just remember that it doesn’t matter what or how many M3U devices you use, it only matters how many M3U device connections are being used at the same time.

To change your MAG devices' MAC address, you will need to open a suppport ticket in your client area requesting a MAC Address Change in order to change your MAG/Enigma2 Device. Login to your client account here also be able to modify, extend, or end your subscription.

In what countries will DSTV work?
DreamStreamsTV works worldwide! All you need is an internet connection and a compatable device (i.e. Android, Windows Apple/Mac devices, etc,) and you are good to go! Stream at home, at the bus stop, at the dmv, or even at the airport, you're subscription goes where you go! No bullsh*t!

Some countries or localities may be requiring your internet service provider to block certian content. If you are unable to access your DreamStreamsTV subscription service due to ISP Blocking, then you will need to access our services through a VPN (Virtual Private Network). We recommend Private Internet Access (PIA) as a quality VPN Provider that works very well with our service. How fast does my internet service need to be?
At bear minimum, you need at least 12Mbps (MegaBITS-per-second), which is equivalent to exactly 1.5MBps (MegaBYTES-per-second). It is recommended that you check your internet speed before submitting any support tickets or emails if you are experiencing buffering issues or down channels. More often than not your own internet connection will be the cause of any playback issues you may be experiencing. If your internet connection speed is less than 12Mbps, then it is highly likely that you will experience playback issues.
